Dr. Isreq Real is an engineer with Plummer Associates, where he supports water and wastewater treatment projects. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, where his research focused on the environmental fate and transport of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), including their sorption behavior in soils and other environmental media. His current work includes water treatment, PFAS treatment evaluations, and applied engineering studies for municipal water and wastewater systems.
