About the Contributor

Dr. Falta's primary teaching and research interests are in hydrogeology, contaminant transport, remediation, and multi-phase flow in porous media. He teaches courses in these areas and in applied mathematics. His research has largely focused on environmental remediation of hazardous waste sites and petroleum reservoir engineering.
